Meet the Team
Panki Miah, CEO & Co-Founder
Panki Miah is a retired Army Combat Veteran with over 20 years of military service. During his tenure in the military, he was recognized by military leadership consistently, awarded the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal twice, and selected as Youth Sports Coach of the Quarter on numerous occasions.
Panki has over 28 years of experience competing, organizing, and facilitating sporting events throughout the U.S., Germany, and South Korea. He has a vast knowledge of sports, including soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, flag football, volleyball, racquetball, tennis, and pickleball.
Panki uses his positive attitude and fireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. His love of sports and dedication to mentoring young athletes have led him to co-found Sports Operations of America. Panki lives in Waco, Texas, with his wife, 2 daughters, and twin sons.
Adrian Aros, Senior Consultant & Founder
Adrian is an entrepreneur with product management and software expertise. He has provided technology consulting to hundreds of small businesses, served on the board of directors of two organizations, and served in executive positions for many startups.
Adrian Aros has founded numerous businesses; two were sold (iCuefy and FC Riverside County in 2016 and 2023, respectively). While serving as FC Riverside County CEO, he managed the development and execution of numerous successful sports programs, including small-sided adult soccer leagues, a youth soccer program (training & leagues) for ages 6-12, a toddler soccer program for ages 1.5 to 5, and an adult flag football program.
Additionally, Adrian has experience with ticket distribution (partnered with Anaheim Ducks and LA Galaxy), sports software (developed MySportsFriend.com and worked with ENDGALGO), virtual eSports leagues (launched a paid service that operated in a total of 15 states), live broadcasting, and pro sports (launched a semi-pro soccer team).
